Smartphone market is the only market that placed luck even after the oil prices have fluctauted eevry market in the world. A new report by Canalys says that13 per cent of all phones shipped in EMEA in Q2 were smartphone Amoungst which

  1. 58 per cent of devices had integrated Wi-Fi,
  2. 13 per cent had stylus or finger-driven touch screens and 38 per cent had integrated GPS.

Report says that Nokia is still the toper by some margin.What really is enticing is that other players are also seeing groeth in their respective markets. RIM is closing the market share gap by several points,HTC, Motorola and Samsung more than doubling their shipments.
