Espoo, Finland – A total of 804 655 shares of Nokia Corporation (“Nokia”) were subscribed for between 12.2.2008 – 29.2.2008 based on Nokia’s 2003 and 2005 employee stock option plans. The total amount of subscription prices will be recorded in the fund for invested non-restricted equity.
The new shares will be recorded in the Trade Register on or about May 14, 2008. The new shares carry full shareholder rights as from the registration date. The shares are admitted to public trading on the Helsinki Exchanges as of the registration date together with the old Nokia share class (NOK1V). Press release
