Sprint’s chairman & CEO Gary Forsee’s tops the list of highly paid executives. His compensation during 2007 was valued at $21.8 million, which marks a 47 percent increase from the previous year. Last year was a difficult year for Sprint since its subscriber base dropped along with its profits, which led to Forsee’s resignation in October. According to an SEC filing, Sprint paid Forsee $1.5 million in salary, $1.5 million in non-equity incentive payments, $59,805 in above-market earnings on deferred compensation and $8.3 million in other compensation.
